I kind of laughed at the first text. Seeing "I feel so bad... I have a bid headache" really ruins the mood. Try something like "So dizzy... Can barely stand..." or "My head... Where am I?" Or even better, no text at all. People will get the idea when the controls are screwed up and the camera starts swaying around.
