i got pooled over by police in NYC for 4sale sign on my car no ticket but they made me remove it and recommended that i only put my phone # but no 4sale or for sale sign :) i guess they had nothing to do that day
@ShotaMaisuradze in arizona you can drive around with a forsale signs on your car as long the signs doesn't intefer with your safety like blocking your view then your good otherwise you can get a ticket.
I think this is a classic example of the SPIRIT of the law getting lost to the WORD of the law. Or maybe just a misunderstanding in the wording of this video.
I don't know, I am just guessing, but I would imagine the law was placed to stop people from leaving cars sitting on public roads for sale and such. I don't believe they have a problem with you having a for sale sign in the car you are driving. It would be interesting to see the actual wording of the law in this case.
That's stupid! Why is the government trying to stop people from selling their cars? Oh no, they might sell their car thus causing an accident! God forbid the car sells! What is the legal parking limit?
