The autopsy report showed that the bullets that killed RFK came from BEHIND him from a low angle & shot upward. Sirhan was facing RFK, who also had gunpowder burns behind his ear, indicating the shot was fired from a short distance behind him. Furthermore, subsequent investigation proved there were 13 shots fired; Sirhan's pistol had an 8-shot limit, plus it was incapable of the rapidity of the shots fired. There's overwhelming evidence that Sirhan's bullets were not the ones that killed RFK.

Something escapes here. Put aside all the politics. Sirhan murdered a 42 year old man. There were no mitigating circumstances. No arguable claims of sudden passion or self-defense. He was originally sentenced to the gas chamber and should consider himself lucky that sentence was not carried out. You have no "right" to parole. There's nothing unfair or unreasonable about denying him parole and keeping him incarcerated until he dies. It's only murder.

The autopsy report showed that the bullets that killed RFK came from BEHIND him from a low angle & shot upward. Sirhan was facing RFK, who also had gunpowder burns behind his ear, indicating the shot was fired from a short distance behind him. Furthermore, subsequent investigation proved there were 13 shots fired; Sirhan's pistol had an 8-shot limit, plus it was incapable of the rapidity of the shots fired. There's overwhelming evidence that Sirhan's bullets were not the ones that killed RFK.

There is an 11-part documentary & analysis here on YouTube, which happens to be one of the more credible and least sensational, as it cites all the facts, expert analysis and evidence of different theories along with interviews and assessments.

Something escapes here. Put aside all the politics. Sirhan murdered a 42 year old man. There were no mitigating circumstances. No arguable claims of sudden passion or self-defense. He was originally sentenced to the gas chamber and should consider himself lucky that sentence was not carried out. You have no "right" to parole. There's nothing unfair or unreasonable about denying him parole and keeping him incarcerated until he dies. It's only murder.

However, I am very suspicious about the circumstances of the assassination, most particularly whether Sirhan was the only individual involved. The medical examiner who autopsied RFK brought up clear evidence that indicates that there was more than one shooter.

Actually, his wounds are completely consistent with the fact that RFK turned away from Sirhan as the first shots were fired, as testified by witnesses. He said "Oh God no" and turned away. But you fail to see the most blatant fact - the guy was seen shooting in plain view by a dozen people! It's absolutely absurd to say Sirhan was not firing that gun! You can't shoot a man point blank in the head without being seen in a packed room.

It's quite possible, if not likely, that someone like David Morales was involved. Morales has been identified in footage as actually having been there that night- did you know that?! This isn't conspiracy, it's fact - he has been identified in video footage by former colleagues. So I don't question former CIA agent involvement. Sirhan shouted "I did it for my country" and later ranted about Israel, of whom RFK was a mild admirer. Morales died of a heart attack in 78.

Very few governments act for the people though. Realistically, I believe JFK was literally the only President who cared about his own people. He reduced taxes and introduced astounding reforms, which no one else did. All the others were 1% of the population who benefited from the 99%.
The attack on Hiroshima was extremely cruel and inhumane, because Japan was at a point of Surrender by then. But why Nagasaki? That was the worst crime in humanity.

I'm not saying that Sirhan hasn't changed- who knows? I AM saying that murder is the one crime u can't make restitution for, and that's why people are so hard on those who commit it. Sirhan realizes that he's lost 40+ yrs. for nothing, & he wants out. He'd BE crazy if he didn't- all prisoners want out. I don't think he'd kill again. But, what did he think would happen? Obstensibly, Sirhan killed RFK because RFK had promised, if elected, to send a new shipment of helicopters to Israel. Sirhan was Palestinian. He lived in Palestine/Israel as a small boy where he & his family endured Israeli bombings. His family immigrated to California when Sirhan was still young.

Nixon won by 500,000 votes. Sirhan wouldn't be alive today because the California Supereme Court changed his death sentence to life with the possibility of parole.
