It's a little weird. The title of this video is misleading, even the subtitle in the video showing the game scores of two high schools playing seems wrong. The pitcher (Chiang) wears a college uniform. The batters are in different uniforms, both college teams. It looks like a college all-star game or something...

depends on the pitch. the fastball ones are probabbly 4 seam straight up, but his breaking balls are differently spun.
