Nah it's ok, they'd slap a load of hazard tape on the potholes and uneven surfaces, stick up a few signs warning of live fire being conducted and make the lot of them sign a liability waiver. No worries.
You can just imagine it cant you... the commando's would be made to wear Hi-vis vests while on the raid, the bomb would have a warning sticker saying "caution, may contain explosives" etc

It's because they were technically in combat with at the enemy (i.e. they were being shot at), Royal Navy ships have to fly their true flag when engaging in combat. Unlike the dastardly nazis, who would have flown spongebob squarepants if it gave them a tactical advantage.

I remember watching this when it was first aired! I remember jumping out of my seat and screaming 'F**KIN COME ON' at the tv when the British Navy flag was raised on the Campbelltown, when the Germans realised she was the enemy!

It's because they were technically in combat with at the enemy (i.e. they were being shot at), Royal Navy ships have to fly their true flag when engaging in combat. Unlike the dastardly nazis, who would have flown spongebob squarepants if it gave them a tactical advantage.

Hey, man. WW2.....no, all wars were fucking useless. It was just the world elite and their ugly plan to unify the world. Thats true. But humans are stupid and don't work together very well.
If the alies deserted the axes wouldnt have. It would have been easy to win the war. The fact is. Millions of people don't come to the same conclusion very easly. That would have been the best option but humans are to dumb to live in peace. War is nessisary now. It shouldnt be but thats the way it is.

I was in Normandy a few years ago and saw a mini-bus load of youths relieving themselves up British gravestones. I shouted at them and they told me to F-off. I couldn't beleive they were British! At least the re-telling of these stories for a newer generation may change attitudes, but I suspect not.
