@TheDrawingCreation You have to wait awhile so it can dry, and if you put a thick amount of nail polish, well of course it could smudge. :)

nope you dont need to but it at a special place just make sure you have 1 coat of REAL nailpolish then you can use paint and you MUSt have a top coat or it will wash off and it needs to be arcylic paint
