I'm a guy of Indian descent in Canada and your story was really inpiring. It's hard to be gay and Indian. I'm 23, and I told my sisters and most of my friends last year. And it feels so much better to be open about it. But my parents still don't know and I fear that it won't be pretty. But I agree with that quote from Harvey Milk (I saw the movie too).
