It has always been interesting that the countries in europe didn't have cities full of skyscrapers. But, I suppose now they are catching up. In 50 years you won't need to go on vacations, because europe, asia, and the US will all look the same. Cities with streets, buildings, cars, and signs. Why leave home for Europe, when they are doing the same things that you have at home, INCLUDING SPEAKING ENGLISH!

Moscow is considered part of Europe, Russia is so large that it's Eurasian rather than a set classification, the native nomads in the eastern forest's wouldn't consider themselves European for instance.

It's not part of the EU though so the title of tallest building in the EU will go to the Shard, though the Federation Tower will be the tallest in Europe as a whole as this video says.
