  • Love the detail of the butterflies... even the one you didn't like. lol. Very nice. Keep up the great work... oh and I hope my advice on using oil paint was helpful. Did you start oil painting yet? You will love it... I promise. It's so versatile when you know how to use the materials / thinner, and easy to blend. Drying time sucks, but it's worth it.

  • @CandyAcidReign hi lady thanks I was so mad I didn't do a follow up video of the finished painting. Lol but yes as a matter of fact I did start using oils. I bought a beginners set of water mixable oinls by Winsor Newton. I had a portrait commission and the acrylics just weren't giving that silky smooth skin so I did the finishing layers in oil. I must say I loved it. I even like the way they smell. But yeah that drying time is a beast.

  • @CandyAcidReign But I will be using them to do my skin tones from now on. Thanks for the tips. I was wishing I could call you the day I was in Utrecht standing around all that oil paint looking all lost lol.

  • @TheRichAnt LOL... I'll send you my number in a private message. Do you have any photos of what you've done in oil? I'd love to see.
