1080p is pretty good for me! But the only thing that freaks me is the codec that the C300 encodes! I HATE MPEG-2 Long GOP compression!!

Will canon release a firmware up date that allows for full use of the 4k sensor later in the year. This will determine wether or not I will get this camera or the red scarlet.
