Anyways, yea I can't hit the notes when I'm nervous in the normal tuning of the song... so I had to play it a note lower than Alex does on the CD. =D sorry it wasn't great lol

Oka, here's my honesty:

the only part of this song that was accurately captured was the part when Mye was singing.

You weren't playing in the correct key, but that really isnt a big deal. Your voice kept straying out, and it really brought the song down, and your playing was a little different then what your singing called for.

I did like this though, and mostly this is just my opinion, i mean no ill.

I think it sounds pretty correct, I mean the original song is played with a capo on the second fret but there isn't anything wrong with playing it on standard tuning. I've seen Alex from All Time Low played it on standard tuning before. And plus sometimes it's easier on the vocals, especially the girl's part. About the voice straying out, I think he's trying to imitate some of Alex's live performances but all in all it's still good.

lol yea, I was trying to imitate Alex haha. Anyways, thanks for commenting guys! I'm actually not a singer by trade... I'm a drummer. lol and then I started playing guitar, then bass, than piano... but yea definately singing is not my strong point lol. But, Mye is the singer, so I normally play instrumentals for her to sing to. But I had to do 5 solo performances in this class yikes!

It's all good, dude...I know how it feels to be nervous on stage or in front of people...I was just trying to tell the other guy that there's nothing wrong with the way that you played and sing it and like I said, it's easier on the vocals if you play it a note lower, a lot of bands do that on live performances.
