That walk cycle is called a 3 step. I don't prefer three step, since the timing of the walk is nothing like a normal human would walk. it would be more like speed walking. That's why I use 6 step. Theres a tutorial on walking for six step on NXTmaniac94s channel. Search for it, and your walk cycle will be more smooth and normal.

I know this is just a tutorial of how to do it but you need to take the camera off of auto and set it to manual to prevent the white balance from changing ( colors/different levels of light)
