No, that is not the actual sound recorded from the bike. It's from a completely different bike. All sound FX in a movie are re edited in post: EG gun shots, cars revving/skidding/pealing out, and of course bike sounds. It's called "foley" work and is added after the movie has been filmed to make it sound more exciting.
