Well, if you're right on target, you die. They can't make it so that everyone dies within a 20 ft area, that'll make the air strike way too powerful and unbalanced. Nobody would have the chance to run away and stuff.

Then explain sniper rifles then, they're powerful too. They shoot high calibur bullets with high stopping power. In real life, if you get shot by one of those, you're basically out regardless of where you're hit. If that is so, then how come it don't work that way in CA?

ohohoh, in real life if you get shot by a sniper, you're basically down regardless where you're hit. Those rifles fire high caliburs, you get shot in the arm, your arm is basically gone or useless. If they hit the bone, then that entire segment is in pieces.
