I have been dance hooping for the last 2 months. I have hooped with the Bay Area Hoopers in San Francisco. It is good to see some local hoopers in this movie. What a cool bunch of people. Also, I have taken a seminar with Baxter (see his You Tube videos" Hoop Path. Great exercise, a meditation of sorts, and is a great alternative to boring exercises. You can be as creative as you wish.
