The stop motion is faster but it looks smoother. I don't like the non-stopmotion parts like shooting the missiles but I guess there is no way around it.

I really liked the transformation on this one. It was very slick. Also, the way the minicon maneuvered himself on the Inferno was very well done. I have the red alert version of this figure. The vehicle mode is pretty cool, but I didn't like how the panels on his legs always bumped into his back.
