Navy is a generally non combat branch of the DOD that rules over the Marines and values intelligence and education over braun. Army is a service that can't afford standards and values whoever the fuck will join. God bless our soldiers but fuck that shit. You corrected me by repeating exactly what I said. I am not getting two services messed up. I said the Navy is DOD. The marines are part of the dept of the navy. Also I said that the Navy was a GENERALLY non combat branch . I know about the Seals and other jobs that see combat but most sailors never go on IA's or fire a weapon in anger. Also, the coast guard is now homeland security in peace time and Dept of the Navy in times of war. No longer DOT. You are the one who is confused.
