Bin Ladin was a Mujahid when he fought in Afghanistan against Russia! This was Jihad which was against people who are attacking Muslims and killing them! Economical agreements and political agreements are not forbidden. Prophet Mohammad PBUH had agreements with non-Muslims as well, and he has PBUH economical agreements with Jewish and non-Muslims as well! and this is known to all people!

Yes exactly the answer I expected. Trading was done but no Economic or Political agreements since the kuffar has different opinion about economy and Politics and Peace was brought when they accepted the Law of Allah and only then since this is why Prophets came to earth. But the Prophet never made agreements with those who kill Moslims and attack Moslim land the only agreement then was Jihad!

Rancour or Injustice. When a people are being attacked there is no rancour or injustice this is jihad. Sacrifice in Jihad and Allah knows best! Allah will forgive anything accept shirk so. You want to talk about sins? Youre country has manmade laws(Major kufr).
