In a split second situation, you have people jumping out of an unmarked cart with guns pointed to you. Possibly hitting someone in the process. They said he was the wrong guy.

From what I could tell in the video, the police were dressed as civilians and they were in an unmarked vehicle. If two guys dressed as civilians with guns jumped out of a car and started yelling at me, I would be too scared to actually listen to them and I would have driven off as well.
