htc kaiser/AT&T Tile has a very bad video rom! i have windows mobile 6.1 and its skips a bit to much on expert..thats the only bad thing about the AT&T Tilt but the game (Guitar Hero III Mobile) is awsome i recomend getting it!

Well, in that case you should have just got it unlimited because you don't pay for the data upgrades if you buy it to keep forever. The subscription plan is definately much more expensive.
