This is just water injection, an old concept used for many years for IC engines with limited success. It makes them a steam engine, not fracture of water to hydrogen. The other gas is probably like the EGR valve, exhaust gas to recover some of the exhause heat.
This explanation is based on junk science, sheer speculation. No math or chemistry is shown.
If Stan clamed 100mpg then it ran on Gasoline, right?
If done right 100mpg is possible with a dune buggy & a small engine.

Your explanation started off good but then you went off the deep end. The reason for the exhaust gasses reintroduced into the combustion chamber was to tame the explosive force down. According to Myers, the hydrogen fuel produces over 70 times more force than gasoline. He even went to explain his first attempt blew and engine apart from the force.
There's just one teeny tiny problem with this, the 1st Law of Thermodynamics:
energy can be transformed, i.e. changed from one form to another, but cannot be created or destroyed.
So where's the energy coming from to push the car? It's simply impossible to extract more energy from anything than you put into it. Even a nuclear reaction is transforming mass into its other form; energy E=MC²
The energy in oil is put in by photosynthesis initially.

majorutah i believe in stan meyers technology but ur theory about h2o liquid expanding 1800 times when convertd to hho doesnt make sense,its true h2o expand to a very large volume from a small liquid volume but if ur saying that this expansion of gas is moving the piston,that cant be right.because the combustions process doesnt work that way..the piston compresses the fuel and air mixture then when ignited,the combustion expands and moves the piston..the 1800 ml volume of hho from 1ml h2o
is created at atmospheric pressure,so its not pressurised hydrogen gas so it wont be helping in pushing the piston..this theory is uneeded if stan meyer achieved 1700% effiiciency..with 1700% efficiency and a 30% efficient combustion engine and a battery,,that system can sustain istelf
