Harry found Voldemort's old diary in a bathroom. It's a horcrux so it stores a bit of Voldemort's soul from when he was a teenager. Then Harry went to the Chamber of Secrets and the memory/soul from the diary came to "life" and took the form of the self in which it used to be stored in.
i dont understand, i have seen all of the six movies from now, but i still dont understand the story of Voldemort...? Voldemort was asking that slughorn teacher about how to make that diary to make himself immortal right...? As far as i understand that diary was already destroyed, so can you please explain the whole tom riddle story and his diary because i dont undersntand it anymore???... the phellosifios stone is horcruks, toms diary, the profecy, and that fake medalion, am i right?
@ivkoacount the Philosopher's Stone is not a horcruk but a way to gain his body back without all the pieces of his soul. the diary is one piece of his soul and the fake medalion was left there by an ex follower of voltrma

IN the 6th movie they go back to Slughorns memory when Riddle asks him what Horcruxes do, so he can make 6 of them to make himself imortal. But he made 1 more he didnt know about. The 7th horcruz is Harry. These his horcruzes. Diary,hiz snake nagini, the ring, cup of hufflepuff, the locket, the lost diadem and Harry.
