Make sure you didn't download it before. Try checking your downloads folder and delete the file. This usually happens when you download a file and then cancel it like half-way through. Even if you do cancel it, the few parts that got into your computer will still be there. Delete it. :P

@69tw33k Hold HOme and Power buttons together for few seconds. IT will turn off. Don't hold buttons too long that it turns back on again. NOw when it is off, run Redsnow again. Make sure to change Redsn0w Compatiblity by right click on redsnow. Then go to Properties. Then Compatiblity tab . Then check mark top & bottom options. First on top choose 'run as Windows 98/ME'. Apply and press Ok. Now open Redsnow.

@ghassan112 Now use Tinyumbrella to get u out of recovery screen (iTunes and USB screen ). Then u will get emergency screen. Now run redsnow to Hacktivate.
