a very well done fusion, most end up being corny or a desecration of the sitar, but I enjoyed this one. The electric drum beat went particularly well.

This particular one was very very good performance. I really liked the sitar work on this, and really liked the vocals in this. I'd love to see an art video of this song. Like a professional music video of this song. I love it. It's my favorite of this band. Your Darbari is probably the most entertaining to listen to online. Your band is very talented!!! Parts of this video are an exhilarating demonstration of the fact that Indian music can ROCK! I´m a life-long aficionado of the heavy, serious, drawn-out classical brand of Indian music, but I´m certainly no hard-core purist: in fact, I am always joyed to hear artists branching off into new and unexplored and exciting territories, such as that which this video bears testimony to. Good job, everyone! (And by the way: the other videos from this same concert are also awesome; check them out!).

The sitar player isn't bad, but that sitar sounds too hard and shrill. It could use a better EQ and some reverb/echo.
