mate first of all this int a bad heli, its just not quite as stable as the msr, however the 4 3b is very stable and is incredibly fast in forward flight as well as being really customisable however walkera have come out with the CB100 that is the same as the 4 3b but got a 45 degree flybar system and a differant canopy.etc
i haven't rebuilt it, just made it fly and look to my tastes, at the end of the day i prefer a challenge to fly other wise my skills get sloppy, i payed £50 and its brushless, besides it does look more like a 450 size heli now ive customized it, the msr is more of a toy. but still its a nice heli. im not dissing i just mean its all like done for you and i would get bored, i have a coaxial for that kind of flying.
Well, my 4 # 3B has the main motor pack it in after only 20 or so flights. I'll take 100 flights, thank you.
I'm glad to see that Walkera have made a heli that's actually stable enough to fly for the average guy. But I'll wait till it gets thoroughly beta tested.
This Heli is surprisingly very easy to fly in conditions with no wind. much easier than small scale 3d heli's. Its also quite durable. I have crashed mine many times since purchase and have never broken rotor blades
i really like the look of them especially for a rainy day (what we have become accustomed to in UK :)) unless i am mistaken i can't see it flying very well outside unless it is absolutely dead calm, love the look of them and hope to be able to get one, also would be brilliant to try and make a cp version :) i am not new to this, i have a hirobo lama xrb co-ax, a century hummingbird and a belt cp
I just got one.. Not really a good startercopter.. Its my first and very hard to control. Any tips on set up would be handy.. Ill try moving the servo arms for a start.
there isnt really any need to move the servo arms it just takes practice. have a look at my 4#3 video. I took it out of the box charged the battery and started flying no adjustments were needed on the heli.
The heli is very twitchy out of the box. I moved the linkages in on both the servo arms to reduce the cyclic throw. This makes it much easier to control. You also need to make sure that the CG is correct. I had to slide the battery back to get correct balance.
how do you fly it soo stable? its already so hard to take off, please post vids plz

This heli is grossly UNSTABLE.
Buy an EFlite, Blade MSR.
It is INCREDIBLE.
VERY stable but AGILE.
MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THIS REALLY REALLY BAD HELI.

Customizable means that you need to spend MORE MONEY to barely get the machine to do what they promised it would do in the first place.
Customizing is supposed to mean COSMETIC changes for personal taste, not a total rebuild.

CB100 FTW. Msr has bad reviews on the tail motor going out after 100+ flights with many people.

It's hard to fly ? I'm asking because I have a E-Flite mCX that is co-axial and it is very easy to fly.
Great flying.
Thanks.

I assume it's harder to fly than a co-axial, since you actually have to tilt the helicopter to move in X,Z space
