i think you need yeast...the dough will not rise and will be tough and hard when you bake it. :(
go out and get some yeast, it makes a huge difference. you may search online about getting your dough fluffy without using yeast...you may find something about the subject. good luck

Voudim, at what point of the process do you mean? after you are done with the kneading the dough leave in a warm place until it rises, also when you put the toppings on the pizza, leave at room temp. until it rises a little. for about 15 minutes before baking. hope this answers your question. thanks for coming by.
