@Jcashrulez , its possible. i have a friend that wanted to put in a 6.6L duramax into a 95 s-10. we got bored and he had the money so we did it. it was fun but a waste, couldnt keep controll of it, she had way to much power for that little truck and no weight in the rear to keep tires on the ground.

@segarza. oh it did. alot of cutting and replacing. yes we did use the allison with it. then i have a buddy that works in a shop just south of where i live and i had him balance a drive shaft. the transmission actually stuck up into the truck a little bit. everything under the hood had to be removed and when we got the engine in we found spots for everything. it kinda looked like shit but you could roast the tires on it and that was about it. even with the weight for plowing in my gpas truck.

always the best attitude to have.. I am a chevy man, but I still like ford& dodge.. My friends drive a mix of dodges, chevy's& ford's.. They are all good trucks.. Unfort I don't like the new diesel motors that ford has in there trucks now.. I always loved the 7.3 powerstroke.. Great motor, couldn' kill it. There is a guy with a 2000, or a 99 powerstroke with dual stcks. Looks& sounds great!! If I were to own a ford, that would be my truck ith the pwerstroke!

I've seen this truck pull 4 or 5 different times here in kentucky at different fairs and pulls last summer and let me tell you, that for each race I only saw him beat by two things. One was a dodge with a dt466, and the other was another duramax whos owner had a daddy with a fat paycheck, custom frame, etc etc. Good truck right here, if I'm right this guy also tows a tractor home with this same truck.
