  • @LarvaBellydance Thank you! Hmm, tips ~ Practice, practice, practice! I find video to be a good teacher (it allows you to examine each moment to see exactly what you are doing), and I also find that relaxing the arms and hands produces a much smoother effect than keeping tension in the muscles.
