The new iPhone wont be that great, flash has been rejected from Apple. Android as you know is an open platform ( due to being based on Linux ), it also offers more flexibility for customization, and development. Where as with the iphone, Apple only allows you to download what they seem fit. Im glad I got rid of my iPhone. :D nice vid by the way, very informative. PS. Android (Froyo) 2.2 will get a 5x speed increase :D as well A LOAD of other cool stuff on the way.
ei bro, just wondering if you can verify the touch screen issues? does it happen to your N1 sometime? im a bit hesitant to purchase one because of the stuff i hear about the touch screen.. and ive been monitoring the google support forum about this phone and theyre having big issues about the touch screen.. or maybe the 1st batch of the N1 release was only the defective ones..
@mexdodge How do you deal with the countless bugs that google offers no explanation for nor fixes ever? I'm not an apple fanboy in fact I despise apple and I'm not a fan of their phone either but the nexus is just plain bad. Myself and five of my co-workers all have it. Don't get me wrong when it works the apps are cool and all but that's the problem, there's more bad than good. Fail touch screen, tons of bugs, I'd rather the iphone just because it's far less buggy.

I have att and am buying this phone. If i tell them i have a smart phone it will cost 20 dollars more a month for unlimited data. Does anyone know if my service will be the same if i get the data and just dont tell them i have a smart phone?
i got the data plan before i had the smart phone so it is 20 dollars less a month. the data plan without a smart phone is the same thing. just cheaper. since they dont know i have the phone it is a lot cheaper.

I had the G1 for a min. but returned it cause I couldn't stomach the hardwear although the softwear was off the charts. I know for sure I'm going to enjoy and keep this device.
yea, thats cool dee.... i was torn with the early termination fee of $250 i had to pay AT&T. I had a year left on my contract, but i prefer to pay them $250 (2phones) than give them $100 for the next 13 months ($1300).
yeah that's tru. if you can people buy it for $529(+shipping). Here the math: TMob: $179 for phone + $35 EXTRA for the required plan(for me anyway) per mo. for next 24 mo = $1020 in Tru Costs of switcing to Nexus One! Compared to just $529, keep that cheap old plan and no contract renewal.
yeah. cheaper T-Mobile plans if you buy it for full price. Plus once Voip comes to Google Voice. I dont need a big minute plan, $59 for phone,data, text. Even more money saved

yea. the touchscreen isn't as nice as the iphone. thats being reai. Everything else is on par or better in my opinion.
