@tt247jer I don't know a lot about Japanese, but I know that in Chinese it's very hard to subtitle or over dub 100% correctly and have it be coherent because of the different verb agreements and placements etc. So as long as the watcher gets the gist of it, does it matter?

Such gangsters thrive in Japan because of Japan's lenient law system(although its jail conditions are harsh, the laws are very lenient if compared with Korea) and Japan's lack of a standing military. They sometimes use Tokarevs in streetfights; in Korea, the army would eradicate them within minutes. They may go through certain things but are kids if compared to regular conscripts. Sad to see Japan falling down.

My cousin is affiliated with Inigawa kai groups in Mieken, Kobe, and Nara. Because of this I know much about yakuza in general. Majority of yakuza are japanese, coming from burakumin and other social outcasts. The increase in other ethnic yakuza is a recent trend, and they are mostly directed into running legitimate profit businesses, such as parlours and casinos. Forgeiners are never recruited

The yakuza dont need to look scary for them to be violent the zetas,la familia just look scary but when it comes to war against the "militares" there nothing.
