Since when did the us government go into the business of Bailing-out companies in a free market and deciding who gets Tax-Payer Dollars to build a business that is "Green" --- The Free men and women in America Will Have To ( on their own) build the Vehicles and the Techno and the Energy Support Systems to get the job done for America--  Not The Government
