half of your info is wrong. the pistol is an aggressive fish but if paired and also if there isn't much traffic in the tank it will live healthy and leave your fish alone. It also doesnt take long for a pistol shrimp to find companionship with a pistol goby, it's a natural symbiotic relationship.
@Lazrsquadbig10 Okay, first you are talking about pistol goby... there is more than one! The watchman is only agressive with other goby and doesn't much... not all watchman pair with the pistol... I have seen many time where no pairing happen it depend on the species of pistol shrimp and the size of the tank! Be aware that no fish and shrimp are the same...
@BMoorProductions Nope, the mantis shrimp mandibule look like boxing glove and it is way more colorful. The only things they have in commun is the snaping sound that they make. You can actually watch a lot of video on Mantis Shrimp on youtube you will see the difference...
hi thanks for the advice i am a begginer and i was wondering if i had to intoduced the pistol to the goby< and for now i have 2 yellow tail damsels,1 blue damsel,1 3 striped damsel, 3 cow fish and 2 other small fish under an inch both. was wondering if that would be a good match for the goby?
@65mustanglover2 What do you mean... you should be more open minded... I speak 3 languages so it's not the end of the world if I do a couple typing mistake... but thanks for the comments anyway...

@vijomyda If the 2 other small fish are not in the Goby family I don't see
any problem with adding a Watchman. Be aware that they can grow at least 5 inches, therefore you need enough space. Good Luck...
