Let's just modify the end of a vacume cleaners hose to have a toilet plunger & stick it 2 our asses. That should end ALL the reasons, that every body else seem to disagree about, for my "upper digestive ass hole" pain.
Eat icecream after every meal, it helps. Don't eat too much solid food like fruits that are not ripe enough... Avoid sparkling drinks, pepper, milk, alcohol, onion, garlic, coffee, thea, too much bread. Sleep with a higher support for the head, eat very slowly and chew good the foods till it becomes liquid, don't drink at meals, drink between meals and at least 1,5/2 litres still water a day. Avoid frites food if you can or max x1 a week, eat carrots, apples, bananas, just really mature peach.
Poor posture and improper diet is now considered a culprit of GERD. Why not. Poor posture is physically compressing the digestive system. It is depression as well. Both the emotional and physical problems cause GERD. I've lengthened my spine and whole body. An offshoot to this is that my GERD has become nearly none existent. Also eat an apple each nite before bedtime.
