TF2 uses ideas already present; that falls under "There's nothing new under the sun". They, however, use these ideas in a new way, together with unique maps, playmodes, etc. etc.

This is basically TF2 copied, with different designs slapped on and then sold. They don't make their own game, and they don't try to put a different flavour to it besides "pay for stuff".

We have that, when the scout drinks bonk energy drink, we get that view too. It's just TF2 behind the men, not through the men's eyes. it really is quite a replica of TF2, but they could have used something much better. The bat, could have been a crowbar. At 2:30, the soldier didn't seem to aim at the ground for rocket jump, so it supposedly should be a new feature. That "Uber" deployed to the heavy seemed more like a shield than a protective healing skin. Still, there's always the sense to not overassume, for this might be just the raw trailer. Hope it's not refined.
