@GeoRockMin i say your parents did something right cause by the time most people pick up an instrument they have intrests in other things that are dumb so they never learn to love it. i play oboe and i dident start till i was 13 and i still love it ans started flute about 2 months ago. it rocks

I'm learning this piece at 14 years old, and you can play it perfectly at 9! Do you double tongue the scherzo? Do you have any tips for memorization? Amazing job
@MEskier1023 Hi, Thanks for watching!!! Yes I double tongue the scherzo. It's the only way I can get the speed I want. For memorizing it helps me if I sing or hum the piece alot. That way I can practice anywhere. Also it really helps if you memorize the paino part too. I don't usually actually play it, but I learn it and it really helps. Hope that helps!!! --Emma

When did you start going to the conventions, and what Is it like packing for them when you aren't performing. Do you still bring your flute even if you're not performing? I love how talented you are! I wish I possessed the same magic fingers to make my music sound as beautiful. :) Do you have any advice on how to make playing the lowest c on the flute easier? I have trouble keeping my middle right finger over the hole of its key (sorry i don't know the name of the key :/) (and my right ring finger key has a plug in it) and so i take an extra half second to get the sound of the c out...and when it does become audible it is airy and unpleasant at the beginning.
@Uhm0202 Hi, Sorry I missed your question. What I do for low notes is the opposite of what most teachers say, so it might only work for me. But what I do is use tons of air but I make my lips make a bigger flatter circle. I have a plug in my D too, so that might not be a problem. Maybe you can ask your teacher if the pad is leaking. Let me know how it goes!!!

I just wanted to ask, how do you keep your breath long? lol sorry I dont make sense xD When I play this music I need to continuously breathe but if I look at you, you do most of the things in one go. Amazing!
@dottiedal281 Hi Haelin, What I do is pick where I'm going to breathe and make myself play till that spot. I used to do an exercise where I played a note and timed how long I could hold it. Every day I'd try to hold it longer. Then I would know how long I could play in a piece without taking a breath. Hope that helps!!!

the scherzo part was almost perfect, but sorry, I didn't like the whole piece in your interpretation, some rhytms are incorrect. but. you're amazing, your voice and you play extremely difficult pieces if we consider your ages. you're absolutely talented, keep on. and especially this is one of my favourite flute solos I've ever play. a flutist from hungary

When did you start going to the conventions, and what Is it like packing for them when you aren't performing. Do you still bring your flute even if you're not performing? Do you have a way that you can hold F4 as long as 2 whole notes? I can only hold it if it's staccato and a quarter note!

I love how talented you are! I wish I possessed the same magic fingers to make my music sound as beautiful. :) Do you have any advice on how to make playing the lowest c on the flute easier? I have trouble keeping my middle right finger over the hole of its key (sorry i don't know the name of the key :/) (and my right ring finger key has a plug in it) and so i take an extra half second to get the sound of the c out...and when it does become audible it is airy and unpleasant at the beginning.

@Uhm0202 Hi, Sorry I missed your question. What I do for low notes is the opposite of what most teachers say, so it might only work for me. But what I do is use tons of air but I make my lips make a bigger flatter circle. I have a plug in my D too, so that might not be a problem. Maybe you can ask your teacher if the pad is leaking. Let me know how it goes!!!

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you just like playing in front of people because you think you're so special cuz you can play long pieces! I also turned 16 two days ago and i don't think that you could beat me in a competition! you are such a little brat! god! what type of flute do you have? probably a really crappy one like those armstrong brands! god! i have a SUPER rare GEMEINHARDT contrabass flute, regular flute, and a piccolo! so you should just stop playing the flute and play the paper plate instead!

@dottiedal281 Hi Haelin, What I do is pick where I'm going to breathe and make myself play till that spot. I used to do an exercise where I played a note and timed how long I could hold it. Every day I'd try to hold it longer. Then I would know how long I could play in a piece without taking a breath. Hope that helps!!!

the scherzo part was almost perfect, but sorry, I didn't like the whole piece in your interpretation, some rhytms are incorrect. but. you're amazing, your voice and you play extremely difficult pieces if we consider your ages. you're absolutely talented, keep on. and especially this is one of my favourite flute solos I've ever play. a flutist from hungary
