  • Good vid dude. Thanks for the reminders.

  • REAR DELT FLYS IS BEST FOR BACK SHOULDERS... haha

  • thank u soo much dude!! you made the point clear with very illustrative and relatable demon!..keep up the good work. Will deifinitely be coming back for more videos and subscribe to your channel!

  • im 45 and an olympic masters competitor.ive been doing the behind the neck version for over 25 years with no problem.FLEXIBILITY!

  • olympic push jerks, snatch grip push presses, log clean and press, behind neck push jerks.

  • thanks, this helps alot

  • WI my Man! More specifically Green Bay.

  • Your accent sounds Northern Michigan / Wisconsin. Where are you from?

  • he looks like the guy from hostel 3

  • Where is the link to your rear delts?

  • Good vid but I LOL'd at the framed picture of J. Cutler lol

  • Thanks!!! Can't wait to learn more from you !!

  • Any one of Pete Sisco's newsletters invalidates everything you've said. Full range of motion? Dumbbells? More stress? Nah...

  • hmm side raise

  • god damnit i was locking out for over a year on this work out, like u said u get no benifit for doing that.... now ill know next time

  • @4illegalalien form. maybe youre using too heavy of a weight to isolate your muscle right.

  • Nice explanation and demonstration!

  • Do more videos!!!!

  • Good video, i like that you also know the importance of training your posterior deltoid because as you said almost noone trains them properly

  • Anyone ever tell you, you sound like mark walbergh ?

  • @t3ice i think your imagining things

  • Your right arm is coming down lower than the left, just sayin'.

  • @mikehill01 I do not trust you bro.

The regular gym goer will gain much more strength from performing a compound movement rather than an isolated movement. Plus you look more badass standing with heavy weights than doing douchy bodybuilding isolation excercises with dumbbells. There is no way to cheat on military press unless you are push pressing.

  • please answer this, why wouldn't you do an arnie press while ingaging in this excercise? wouldn't it be the most beneficial for all the according movement your doing?

  • I love the pressure on my shoulders :)

  • im gonna try this

thnx i'll tell you if it worked

  • But shoulder press does mostly front delt, no ?

Do this ROM hit more side deltt ?

  • i notice your left arm doesn't go as low as your right @ the bottom of the shoulder press movement...they are not really parallel to eatch other. Hope your right shoulder is not bigger than your left..

  • I always wanted have wide shoulders.. hope this video helps

  • @MetaIhead89 It will help to develop your front and side delts. In turn it will be a great movement to add some mass onto your shoulders and give you some more "width"!

  • @MetaIhead89 it will man i do this work out for my shoulders as well as many others

  • @MetaIhead89 did it help?

  • Standing military press is a much better excercise for building shoulder mass

  • @xr3n3g4d3x Standing military press is a great movement, never said it wasn't. In my experience, different exercises "work" differently for different people.

  • @MuscleLibraryTV I do both...no reason to only do one!

  • @MuscleLibraryTV i agree with that,were all different

  • @MuscleLibraryTV and not everyone should be doing standing military press which relies heavily on thoracic spine flexibility.

  • @MuscleLibraryTV Which would you recommend for optimal muscle growth, dumbbell or barbell? Standing or sitting? Any other factors that come in to play?

  • @xr3n3g4d3x that makes absolutely no sense. that's like saying that a barbell bench press is better than dumbbell benching. a military press with a barbell is worse for your shoulder joints which isn't worth it. only thing standing does is make you use your core more in order to maintain balance.

  • @xr3n3g4d3x Unless you have lower back problems

  • this widens the shoulder right

  • Great job making a "How to vid" with clear instructions and camera angles. Many other muscle builders just show off how much they can bench with B quality cameras and lighting.

  • @bulgogi1212 Thanks for saying so, it makes all the time/effort worth it when I hear comments like that!

  • Great vids and tips man, i really get useful info from all of them.

By the way you never upload the rear delt exercises.

  • @Archetype3 Thanks! I'm working on putting that together next. It will be soon!

  • so i should do it like that? cause i usually just do shoulder workout and lift my arms all the way up.

  • @MLGcodegeassxX I'm not a 100% sure of what you are referring to when you say "lift my arms all the way up" but I'm guessing you mean locking out at the top. If so, then yes, stop the movement short of lockout to keep constant tension on your delts. Please let me know if I misinterpreted your question. Thanks for the question!

  • @MuscleLibraryTV like the way you did your shoulders i lifted the weights all the way up, but never knew it was better or so I heard lifting it at a certain angle. Does this help?

  • hipikayey

  • Thanks for watching, I appreciate it.

  • Excellent!

  • I appreciate the kind words!
