please fellow drivers be careful! my sister drives and i have just passed driving school. i saw many videos but they didnt get to me until i saw one with a guy talking about how he lost is sister to a drunk driver. i literally started crying in the middle of class. everyone has family and no one wants to truly lose them. yes they can get aggravating but we all still love them. if your friend is drunk and you are not then YOU drive them home. dont let your friends or family be a victim. PASS IT!

Who is paying for this ad. Given the economic conditions of local towns, cities, states and the government they should not be spending money on this crude. Additionally, I have never seen a DUI where the driver has anything remotely close to those amounts of booze in the car. This ad in discriminatory, misprepresents DUI drivers and does not reference drivers under the influence of perscription drugs that are equally subject to arrest for DUI's.

It don't matter how much you drink. You can have a legal amount of alcohol in your system and still get arrested. You wont get the average DUI. You will get a special one called "Wet and Reckless." A cop can still take someone that blows under the limit to jail IF THEY FEEL the person is not safe behind the wheel. So they can take you to jail if the feel like it.

Ad doesn't convey msg of not drinking & driving-not realistic. In TX if you drink AND drive AND commit a traffic infraction (witnessed by officer) you WILL go to jail. I did. After ~ 9 mos I got my blood alcohol/drug level back as ZERO. I paid ~$7000 in fees (mostly lawyer). You don't need a BAC >0.08 for conviction! Even a 0% BAC can STILL get you a DWI! TX law is if alcohol/drug is determined to impair you physically/mentally, you WILL get a DWI regardless of BAC. I NEVER drink & drive now.

In Arkansas if you have a BRAC content of 0.3% or greater and a Police Officer or more commonly a State Trooper witnesses you driving in an impaired fashion , then you will go to jail and your license will be suspended for no less than 90 days and treatment is mandatory.
