@maarrsseelli I used Hard light to create a glowing effect then altered the colors to make it a bit more blue-ish.

@maarrsseelli Basicly , on a clip in Imovie you mark it, then press cmd + v and it'll bring up video colours

First, there's like a colour circle thing where you can change the video colours so I made it a bit blueish/purple, and then theres something called video effects where you can add effects like romantic, neon, glow etc, there should be something called hard light.
