you dont need to finish legends quest just take some notes the guy gave you inj legends quest and you will have access so u have to talk to a forester with your notes!

OK big question when i talk to the wise old man even if i select strange beasts Evil Chicken or anything close to it isnt an option.Iv'e done everything up to that step right.Iv'e even tried going to his lair first he wasnt there,so i killed a black dragon hoping he might show up and the dragon would drop the "token" it didnt.So now im incredibly lost..
