I'm not sure if I converted right, but 6 oz plain bread crumbs should be 170grams, which was overkill even for 14 drumsticks, good thing is I have some left over to make more but are you sure this is correct? I'd even go as far as to say halve it.
It would take my oven at least 45 minutes to cook chicken well and thoroughly unless you are making skinless, boneless chicken breast. You should advise to check with thermometer unless you want to give the viewer salmonella poisoning. Thank you. GOOD VIDEO though and very good recipe. I love it.
@zgahvi Butter is not unhealthy, actually margarine and other oils are worse for you. Plus you are not eating all that butter at once, it is spread out for all that chicken. And the skin is off the chicken. If you do not want to use butter, use any oil you prefer. Everything in moderation. Thanks for the comment. Vera
@HowToExpo This looks tasty but I agree with zahvi that it shouldn't be labeled as healthy. Butter is a better choice vs. margarine but it's extremely high in saturated fat, the bad kind of fat that raises blood cholesterol. When people search key words like "healthy" they aren't looking for a dish that involves melting half a stick of butter than covering it with breadcrumbs (carbs). I do like how easy and visual your tutorials are so keep them coming!
@HowToExpo Exactly. Margarine = Hydrogenated oils, butter = natural. Margarine is horrible for you, butter may be more fattening, but much better for you long term... but as Vera said, in moderation. great video
@wicked742 Sometimes it looks more than it is in the video. Follow the ingredient given and it'll be alright. You can always adjust the ingredients the way you like it. Seasoning is personal taste. In general, to put less is always better than to put more. You can add more spices later if you so desire, but you cannot take it out of the food once it is seasoned. Thanks for your input.
@DoctorDick1988 Cooking time depends how hot your oven gets and the size of the pieces you're cooking. For smaller size drumsticks the cooking time might take even lesser time for larger pieces will take longer time to cook. One rule for cooking chicken it should never be under cooked. chicken should be cooked to internal temperature of 165 degrees. To check smaller chicken pieces for donness, the easiest way is to cut one in half there should be no pinkness to the meat.
@gunsnammochannel you're correct. The skin is the tasty part of the chicken. One big difference though. When you take the skin off the chicken the meal will contain less fat and less hormones fed to the chicken which accumulates under the skin. Therefore the presented meal becomes healthier. This baked chicken drumstick recipe is light and delicious try it and share your experience with me. I would love to here from you. Confession. I love the skin too but I try not to eat it.
@xBloodXGusherx Yeah buddy, That fried food is good for you, Helps fight cholesterol and help build strong bodies, . Keep eatin that fried chicken and any organ meats are great for you too. Top it off with a dozen fried eggs a day. It will do wonders for your vocabulary too :)
I am having this tonight.
I dont have the experience so I use a meat thermometer....:)
This is "A Healthy Recipe " for a fat people IMO. I'm up in arms with what would be worse.. Butter/or fried? Anyway, I'm going to give this a try.. The "A Healthy Recipe" sent me through a loop though :-/

Mines is in the oven right now and it smells so good...My hubby came out of the office and said it smells really good in here. I hope it tastes as good as it smells...I'll let you know how it turns out (fingers crossed)
This is my second time making this. My family really liked it. This time around I am using little wingettes and dipping the chicken directly into the butter/garlic mix after it is done and putting the bread crumb mix in a ziploc bag...shake and bake:) I don't like washing dishes
@athenashawnee729 I am glad you like baked chicken drumstick recipe. We do it all the time. It's fast easy and delicious. I serve the drumsticks with rice and our own house hot sauce. I don't like washing dishes too! lol

@Toystory2727 Hi there, I am so glad you find this an easy recipe, because it totally is and tastes delicious. Yes the recipe is up on the site. Let me know if you have any questions - Vera :)
@chuck21222 The chicken skin is off, it is not deep fried, and the amount of butter you prefer to use is completely up to you. Plus it is baked, and not fried, therefore it is healthy alternative! Hope you give it a try and enjoy!
your voice is so cute...
