His imitation comes much more from the Heart than ego. Anyhow, are not all human beings imitators? There is no "originality" at all in human experience, none whatsoever, and Osho himself taught this. Only Reality is Original. To be "original" in the highest sense for us is to identify with the Self, the Source Itself, AS being That.

I would recommend to Shailendra to care more for the living members of Oshos family, do some nice gardening, serve delicious tea and homemade cookies to friends (and, of course, to family members) and go for to discover his certainly beautiful female side .....instead of cultivating this thousands of years old patriarchal "messenger personality".
