Lol...after watching this video I watched your 'Red Bell Pepper Cracker' episode and.....I found out where you get your tomato powder from!! Too funny...I already have a bunch of dehydrated tomatoes on hand, and I have the same 'coffee' (spice) grinder as you, so I'm good to go! (I can't believe that I was searching for tomato powder at the store...sigh... :)

just use the oven on a low setting with the door open. instead of a dehydrator. Stay below 115 F
