What could possibly be good in making the vocal chords thinner??? All I hear in this warm-up is a nasal sound, which isn't something a singer wants to develop particularly. It's all baloney. Proper warm-up comes with proper posture and breathing. Slouching in chair and humming through your nose doesn't do much good.
I just dont know what to do. I have so much excess mucus and post nasal drip. Singulair isnt helping. Nasal spray isnt helping. Warm tea does a little. What a mess. HOW DO I MAKE IT GO AWAY!!! It makes my throat all tight, irritated. The doctors just throw medication at me. What is the SOURCE of the problem? PLEASE HELP!!!
@sorenthia did u check your voice for a polyp or nodules?
I had a very small polyp in my vocal cords, but i stop singing and did aphony for a long time and it went away. Now im back in the game doing warm ups and stuff and i feel good!
If u don;t have polyp or nodules, i suggest you to regularly start exercising, drink fenugreek, and see the root of what triggers so much mucus. I use to have all night humidifier, lots of eucalyptus and it really helps a lot for mucus. I should start it again.
