CPS said I need to protect my kids from their abusive father or I would be guilty of "failure to protect." ... I lost my kids. CPS can be easily fought and defeated if and when you can prove that their involvement is traumatizing the children. NEVER TALK TO THEM WITHOUT A LIAR(LAWYER) regardless of their trash trap talk...TITLE IV-D Research it... it all goes hand in hand... federal incentives to remove the child from one or both parents.

I fought with everything I had but the family court insisted on "reunification" with dad and looked skeptically when I told them he was abusive. In the end, CPS removed my kids from his home and filed charges against me for "emotional abuse" because the court conflict caused my children harm. I stood up to them. They are now "reunifying" my children with their dad. I lost my kids.

@hope4change2012 - it is never too late to call your representatives. As Thomas Jefferson said: "Eternal Vigilance is the price of Liberty" ... NOT contacting your representative tells them to do whatever they "feel" is right at the moment - or what will bring money in or increase their own power !

Thanks Dr. Potter The video was really insightfull, and I 'am sending it to friends, and on my facebook. Also my pastor is looking over the Parental Rights papers I Printed off for him to read, and a friend has said she would like to have copys at her church.
