@abdelrrazak it is really difficult to launch properly a 1000hp car, you can find your self doing fishtail easily and then crash . if you get tire spin in 3rd gear with a bmw m6 (500 hp), the UGR would follow you till the 5fth, or even to the end like in this case when the driver got rid of the AWD, but i'm not sure because i've never been in UGR gallardo
If you get wheelspin with an M6 at 120+ km/h you don't have proper tyres. 500 HP in such a heavy car is not nearly enough to cause wheelspin at 100 km/h+, providing you are using stock tyres.
@ipoptouch ive had the opportunity to drive a lp 570 and it was sick at 200 pushing the pedal to the metal in 4th gear and the passanger couldnt touch the dasboard... its insane i cant imagine this with twice the power...
@Shadowboost nope, underground builds them as far as i know with maximum 1500-1800hp (on race gas ! ) , and as in the us where they tune these cars they usually use 93 gas which is weaker and these cars are normally adjusted at 1000-1250 hp so with stock 560 or 570 thats not even close to 4 times the original power my friend ;) do your research
@janman92 Nope, a 570 SL puts down just 480 whp. That is, power to the wheels. The most powerful UGR Gallardo ever made put down 1940 Whp. That's just about 4:1. If you'd like to calculate that in terms of power to the crank to compare with the Superleggera's 570 hp, it's more like 2200 hp. Many of the lambos that UGR builds have around 1500 Whp. That's about 1700 hp to the crank. These cars can use both pump gas (around 1200 whp) or race gas (1550 whp and up)

hahaha wrong. the only current RWD platforms of the Gallardo are the late model LP550-2, hence the 2. All pre-09 Superleggera's/Gallardos are AWD from the factory. the car in this vid is RWD due to the owner's own modifications.

i dont know why they converted this to RWD. 15% front torque split with a good diff would have controlled the power, although the tires would still spin a little, but not as bad as RWD

@rottepung666 I read somewhere that red Porsche came in 1st, Alpha 12 second but screwed its engine, burned up pistons and broken valves. Can't remember the forum I read it on. I all but one high hp GTR there had some sort of problem. Hopefully they will run it all again in the dry! There is one 1900awhp TTG I know of, believe Johan owns it. No idea if we'll see it at the mile though, after Richard's crash Gs have seemed to slack off with record chasing.

The fastest supra on that list is running about 500whp less than the power that G-TT was pushing to run that 3.04. You cannot begin to compare the grip levels of a Supra and a Ford GT on the street, especially on tires like the triple 8s. Starting from a dig or a roll doesn't have much bearing on 60-130 times, how you shift on the other hand does.
@iPROFITDON of course it have something to say rather you start from a dig or roll... if you have a high power RWD car and you are on normal surface/tarmac you can`t smack the throttle wide open like a 4WD can.. if you start from zero on a rwd you have up to 60mph to set the tire on the surface..get them to divide them into classes and we will see i am gonna bet my mom that you will see great difference not much for the 4wd cars but all others...the whay the G-TT cars launches from a roll is =)

But that is also why I used 269mph as an example which was claimed the day before on GPS rather than 266mph. But when slicks start to spin if you are not going completely straight, bad things happen, put slicks on all four wheels on a 4wd and it's worse. Notice most of those high HP Skylines and Evos with slicks are not cutting a straight path down the quarter, even on VHT, it's not that simple. lmfao, car guys started this war? @rottepung666 The Agera R pulls 0-200mph 5 seconds faster than the SS. Their 0-186mph (300) are near identical. How do you figure it would not catch an SS in say a mile? It would be an ugly Veyron, a roll would be even worse. Of course a 1/4 mile race the SS would win easily with that launch. Breaking and handling of the Agera R were also taken into account, not just sheer speed like they SS. You're right, 0-200-0 doesn't count for shit for a car that was built for nothing but top speed :}

The suspension isn't softened given it's not adjustable lol. You can look at it that way, but I was trying to show you the difference in speeds attained by a seasoned driver and a magazine tester when it comes to the strip. RWD is not the worst combo on earth, both have the pros and cons in any given situation.

@abdelrrazak it is really difficult to launch properly a 1000hp car, you can find your self doing fishtail easily and then crash . if you get tire spin in 3rd gear with a bmw m6 (500 hp), the UGR would follow you till the 5fth, or even to the end like in this case when the driver got rid of the AWD, but i'm not sure because i've never been in UGR gallardo

If you get wheelspin with an M6 at 120+ km/h you don't have proper tyres. 500 HP in such a heavy car is not nearly enough to cause wheelspin at 100 km/h+, providing you are using stock tyres.

@Shadowboost nope, underground builds them as far as i know with maximum 1500-1800hp (on race gas ! ) , and as in the us where they tune these cars they usually use 93 gas which is weaker and these cars are normally adjusted at 1000-1250 hp so with stock 560 or 570 thats not even close to 4 times the original power my friend ;) do your research

@janman92 Nope, a 570 SL puts down just 480 whp. That is, power to the wheels. The most powerful UGR Gallardo ever made put down 1940 Whp. That's just about 4:1. If you'd like to calculate that in terms of power to the crank to compare with the Superleggera's 570 hp, it's more like 2200 hp. Many of the lambos that UGR builds have around 1500 Whp. That's about 1700 hp to the crank. These cars can use both pump gas (around 1200 whp) or race gas (1550 whp and up)

@rottepung666 I read somewhere that red Porsche came in 1st, Alpha 12 second but screwed its engine, burned up pistons and broken valves. Can't remember the forum I read it on. I all but one high hp GTR there had some sort of problem. Hopefully they will run it all again in the dry! There is one 1900awhp TTG I know of, believe Johan owns it. No idea if we'll see it at the mile though, after Richard's crash Gs have seemed to slack off with record chasing.

The fastest supra on that list is running about 500whp less than the power that G-TT was pushing to run that 3.04. You cannot begin to compare the grip levels of a Supra and a Ford GT on the street, especially on tires like the triple 8s. Starting from a dig or a roll doesn't have much bearing on 60-130 times, how you shift on the other hand does.

@iPROFITDON of course it have something to say rather you start from a dig or roll... if you have a high power RWD car and you are on normal surface/tarmac you can`t smack the throttle wide open like a 4WD can.. if you start from zero on a rwd you have up to 60mph to set the tire on the surface..get them to divide them into classes and we will see i am gonna bet my mom that you will see great difference not much for the 4wd cars but all others...the whay the G-TT cars launches from a roll is =)

But that is also why I used 269mph as an example which was claimed the day before on GPS rather than 266mph. But when slicks start to spin if you are not going completely straight, bad things happen, put slicks on all four wheels on a 4wd and it's worse. Notice most of those high HP Skylines and Evos with slicks are not cutting a straight path down the quarter, even on VHT, it's not that simple. lmfao, car guys started this war? It would be an ugly Veyron, a roll would be even worse. Of course a 1/4 mile race the SS would win easily with that launch. Breaking and handling of the Agera R were also taken into account, not just sheer speed like they SS. You're right, 0-200-0 doesn't count for shit for a car that was built for nothing but top speed :}

Yes the Veyron is pure luxury, much more refined than the Agera R and probably the Tutara as well, that's a fact. The SS did beat the CCX around Top Gears test track, Agera and Agera R have yet to see the track. Don't use the CCX in moscow as an example lmao, he couldn't drive his way out of a paper bag, getting beat down by a 700hp Z06.

@iPROFITDON yes but he still hit the exact same 1/4mile time as two other i`ve seen today 11.6@132mph for a 1098bhp car LOL.. i`ve seen a 11.49sec @ 135mph still slow as fuck must be the slowest car of them all from the line/dig.. @ least you would have taught the trap speed was gonna be high in a 1100bhp car so you could have used that as a excuse, but NO that SUCKS as well... he hits 317.7kph on a slower run but that have nothing to do with the launch still it`s FAAAAR from the veyron..

I love Vipers and Vettes more than just about anything but stock they aren't faster than a CCX, especially seeing as a hand full of sights are seeing the CCR anywhere 9.9 to mid 10s. Shit even the brutal Ultimate Aero ran a 9.9 in the 1/4. 317.7kph trap for a mile seems quite a bit off for that car as well. But again, we'll have to wait and see what happens :}

What I do find interesting is how the Aero with the transmission the Tutara will be using, that's it, ran a 0-200mph time a bit over 2 seconds faster than even the Agera R, though unofficially. It's as real as their 257.41 mph top speed. What's a shame is nobody has really tested the car. Of course this was on VHT. Dragtimes' posted time was taken straight from SSC. @rottepung666 If you noticed most test are not launched very well ( like you said, not on VHT) and not driven hard, but not all I don't believe. The suspension isn't softened given it's not adjustable lol. You can look at it that way, but I was trying to show you the difference in speeds attained by a seasoned driver and a magazine tester when it comes to the strip. RWD is not the worst combo on earth, both have the pros and cons in any given situation.

But on VHT even with stock tired I believe the UA could dip into the 9s, Agera R I'm not sure given I don't know how it's trans will take a sticky launch. I know why slicks aren't allowed for stock production car records lmao, 60-130 slicks are allowed to be on the list but it will be labeled as using slicks.

Also the car isn't geared for 215mph lol it ran just over 200mph around half way through 6th, it's another 4-5k RPM to run in that gear and another gear to go. The SS is amazing piece of over engineering. I do love it, but not for that price lol.

@iPROFITDON hahaha where the fuck are you from mars??when you re-gear you`re car/bike for better acceleration then you will hit lower top speed and if you gear them for top speed you get slower acceleration.ROFLMAO..you cant brag when a car with 1098bhp and 1180kg of weight hit one mile in 28.267sec HAHA SO SLOW..the agera r has not the same PTWR as the CCXR.. the ccxR has the best PTWR of the two so the agera R will not be faster @ least not by much.. and then the veyron will PISS ON THEM BOTH
