Hi there, I'm trying to make burek at home and I don't get something about the dough. Should I soak the dough in a mixture of lard before I start stretching it?
@UFOENGINE Put some lard and/or oil on your hands and coat the dough ball well. Allow to stand for 2 hours before stretching the dough.
