first off u wrong the word or term suburb was made up thru real estate world and was based on demographics seperating outskirts from innner city but the term now readly used is nice safe place,outlets, etc. san jose is most certainly the suburb 10 most safest city in america 1 of the most richest communities in america los gatos,sunnyvale,and all the hills and between and i bet any money a real estate agent when comparing north richmond to san jose she aint finna say they the same
