Arabs nations are made up of a mixture of cultures and if you travel to Arabian countries in the middle east you will find communities of black people who have lived there for thousands of years. Arabs usually discriminate on culture than skin pigment unless the individual in question is significantly lighter or darker than the Arabs themselves. Arabs were really bad but the Europeans were the same.

You missed the point completely. the focus is to get the money to people who will use it for good, not to stop giving money in the first place. colour means nothing in this world when it comes down to it, so if you decide to choose who you like and help according to skin pigmentation then your racist yourself. other countries have to realise the corruption in African governments, because at the end of the day its bringing the whole world economy down, not just Africa. Grow up

.lol. I've seen the program and I thought it was interesting, but the fact that the reporter decided to make himself appear ignorant by using the race card has nothing to do with other black people. Africa is a CONTINENT (emphasis on this word). And like every continent it has a wide variety of people and cultures. You will have to be blind if you can't see that not all Africans are black. look at the people who generally live there, the islands bordering the Mediterranean and north Africa.
