Medicaid-is the United States health program for eligible individuals and families with low incomes and resources.
So if you don't have healthcare coverage it's becuase you choose not to. And isn't it interesting that those of you that tell us health care is a right also say being born is not?
You pick and choose based on what feels good to you not based on what is actually right!
First of all, you need to know all about the health care programs currently in place before you talk about them.
If someone was a house wife for 30+ years then her husband dies, she can't afford COBRA, she is not old enough for social security or Medicaid, she has grown children, so she doesn't qualify for medi-cal, and she is not disabled, so 66KMT, tell me what the hell does she qualify for!!! But it was the social norm to be a house wife!!! Hypocrites!!! What is the solution?
lesaleer - It would be a good idea for you to look up the definition of Medicaid and Medicare. I provided the definition of Medicaid in my previous post that you commented on. If you are low income with children and still don't qualify for Medicaid then how am I the hypocrite? Your government is. Medicare is for the elderly. And if you think both of these government run healthcare programs suck, then what in the world makes you think the massive one they're trying to push will be any better?
This guy is absolutely wrong. I'm from Japan. We pay for National Health Care. Plus we buy insurance top of that. He is Wrong. Higher standard? Because we were more educated Not because of stupid Health care. Ask me, You don't know about Japan so just be quiet !
National Health Care, we need to wait for hours in the hospital. My dad died because of they passed him around hospitals.
If you dumbass republicans were this organized during the election maybe Obama wouldn't be in office but im happy to see that republicans are still idiots lol
The young Baltimore man and the Johns Hopkins physician are articulate and reasonable. "Health care is a human right." The woman who pushed her way into the first interview is an example of the disruptive tactics of the reform opponents. She doesn't like the supporter getting an interview, so she disrupts it. That's not civil discourse.
The reason why this man has a well made sign is because he has thought through his message and unlike the other side, isn't writing his in crayola with racist connotations.
If I was the journalist, I would have a serious headache
