@Konaets go to where there is some rails, vary in size, acouple of walls or tables, and just try stuff. I go to my school because there is a ramp for wheelchairs and there is LOTS of rails. Im a n00b but my friends are pretty good and all you need is practive, knowledge AND BALLS :D

GUESS!!! I think that you really need the speed and momentum when doing a speed vault. Know why it can help? Because if you go fast and enough and gather enough momentum you just have to jump forward and all you do with your hands is lift yourself and pretty much let the momentum push you forward. Less work, more awesomeness.
